Shipping policy

MADE TO ORDER / PRE ORDER / STOCK

It will take 3-4 weeks to ship all "pre-order/customized" pieces.

All "stock" pieces are sent within 2-3 business days.

All domestic orders are now shipped through the THAI Postal Service. For updates on tracking, kindly follow your tracking number. Please contact the IMS with your tracking number if there is a problem with your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We offer international order, however depending on where you live, there can be additional charges and taxes. Orders that were not received because of unpaid customs will not be accepted for return, and we will not reimburse consumers for any additional shipping costs incurred after delivery.
