PRODUCTION TIME

Gowns: 7-15 days. All other pieces: up to 7 days. Need it sooner? DM us here or on Instagram @chacollective and we'll check if it's feasible. We'll do our best to make it work.

All "stock" pieces are sent within 2-3 business days.

All domestic orders are now shipped through the THAI Postal Service. For updates on tracking, kindly follow your tracking number. Please contact the IMS with your tracking number if there is a problem with your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

International orders are shipped with DHL Express, and delivery typically takes 3-4 business days after dispatch.

We offer international order, however depending on where you live, there can be additional charges and taxes. Orders that were not received because of unpaid customs will not be accepted for return, and we will not reimburse consumers for any additional shipping costs incurred after delivery.
