Shipping Times:
- "Pre-order/customized" pieces: 2-3 weeks (varies on the pieces, check item page for details)
- "Stock" pieces: Shipped within 2-3 business days
International Orders (Worldwide Shipping)
We are based in Bangkok, Thailand.
We offer international shipping via DHL Express. Depending on the destination country, delivery typically takes anywhere from 3–7 business days after dispatch. However, depending on where you live, there may be additional charges and taxes upon arrival.
Orders that are not received due to unpaid customs fees will not be accepted for return, and we will not reimburse customers for any additional shipping/custom costs incurred after delivery.
Domestic Orders
For domestic orders within Thailand, we offer shipping via Kerry Express.
