Exchange & Store Credit
What is our exchange policy?
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
All item(s) must be in their original state, including packaging and attached tags. Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange. Please be mindful when trying on items, as we cannot accept returns with makeup marks or perfume scents. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before an exchange is processed. Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time we receive your return.
Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same full-price value. Store credit will be provided based on the amount paid for the original item. As a small business, we do not issue refunds to your credit card.
Purchases made during promotional events (using a discount or promo code) do not qualify for exchanges. Some promotions may include additional specific terms.
Only pre-approved returns will be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be denied, and customers must arrange to have their item collected.
Items purchased during promotional periods (with a discount or promo code) cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into store credit. All such sales are final.
How do I organize an exchange?
If you meet the above criteria, please email us at info@cha-collective.com to process your exchange. We suggest using a registered postal service for returns and keeping a record of the tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for any lost return shipments.
How long will it take to process my exchange?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on its way. Please keep in mind that exchanges depend on item availability at the time your return is received and processed in our warehouse.
Are exchanges free?
The shipping cost of exchanging item(s) to the Cha Collective is not covered or reimbursed by us.
Custom Orders
Please note that due to its personalized nature, custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We've poured our hearts into creating these special pieces just for you ♥
Cancellations
All pre-orders and in-stock orders are allegeable for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email info@cha-collective.com with "Your Order Number / Cancel Order" in the subject line. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
